Manfred Eccli is an architect based in South Tyrol, Italy.

For almost 18 years, he has been working on interactive art installations, collaborating with the Portuguese architect Pedro Cavaco Leitão under the collective name "Moradavaga".
​
In addition to his artistic pursuits, he has been operating his architecture office together with Geom. Viktor Eccli and Arch. Francesca Bonadiman in Kaltern/Caldaro, Italy since 2015.

Manfred Eccli's architectural education has taken him to Vienna, Madrid, and Porto.
In 2006, he co-founded the art collective Moradavaga alongside Pedro Cavaco Leitão.
From 2008 to 2014, he collaborated with raumlaborberlin.
In 2011, he co-founded the architectural and urbanism office "Teleinternetcafe" in Berlin.
Since 2015, he has been living and working in Kaltern/Caldaro, Italy, where he started to run his architecture studio.
Since 2017, he has been a member of the art association "Südtiroler Künstlerbund".
